Responsibilities:

• Maintain a high level of professionalism and competence in client communications.
• Maintain complete project documentation for reference purposes.
• Ensure that project team works according to project scope and timelines.
• Monitor and report project status to clients on a regular basis.
• Provide daily client services from project start to end.
• Ensure that project deliverables meet client requirements and quality standards.
• Build positive working relationships with clients and ensure client satisfaction.
• Review and edit client communication documents.
• Interact with clients and project team to plan and develop project work.
• Respond to client’s questions and concerns in a timely manner.
• Provide business solutions and recommendations to clients to meet project goals.
• Communicate with clients to clearly understand project requirements and scope.

Key Qualifications:

• • Academics from B.E. Computer Science/ MCA/ BSC – Computers
  • Advance knowledge of Java/ Advanced Java and Springboot
  • Excellent Communications Skills
  • Should be dedicated, persistent and a solid team player.
  • Good Analytical skills
  • Consultative ability to comprehend problems, identify gaps and suggest solutions.
  • Willingness to work across time zones.
